We work with you to understand your budget, style preferences and timelines. You will then receive a fully comprehensive package with furniture, art, rugs, soft accessories and decorative items. We can also source all the essentials for kitchen, bathroom and laundry.

Once you have signed off on this, milu designs can manage the full procurement process with quality checks, delivery and installation at site and interior styling services

Face to face meeting to outline your projects scope of work, review T&C’s and discuss your desired project outcomes.

Concept Design

Face to face meeting to understand your style and design preferences. You will receive a colour palette, layout plan and a moodboard of initial design ideas.

Design Development

Cohesive process with sign off meetings and opportunities for feedback throughout to ensure your design dreams are brought to life.

Documentation

Itemised schedules for builder, final furniture selection with allocated spend and delivery details.

Design Management

Procurement of all furniture and accessories, quality checks, supplier management.

Installation

Coordinating delivery of furniture, assembly of furniture at site, management of subcontractors i.e. art hangers, flat packing specialists, electricians etc

Interior Styling

Adding those finishing touches to each space with soft accessories and decorative items.

When working with milu designs for your development you will receive a dedicated Interior Designer from start to finish. Our collaborative design approach will ensure synergy between our furniture package designs and the overall design of your building and Interiors.

We can pull packages together with a couple of weeks notice, all we need from you is your style preferences, floorplans and intended spend.
