The Process

01. Discovery

STAGE 1: Discovery Call - A consultation to outline the project brief and budget.
STAGE 2: Design Consultation - An on-site visit to take measurements and define scope.
STAGE 3: Design Proposal - A scope of work presented for client approval.

02. Design

STAGE 1: Vision and Concept - We define the design direction using mood boards, schematic floor plans, and preliminary concepts.
STAGE 2: Detailed Design - Layouts are polished, product selections are finalised, and budget alignment is confirmed. 
STAGE 3: Documentation - This stage concludes all design components by producing drawings and specifications for implementation.

03. Execution

STAGE 1: Sourcing & Procurement - I acquire necessary materials and furnishings, managing orders for quality and vision alignment.
STAGE 2: Logistics & Coordination - I track shipments and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
STAGE 3 Installation & Assembly - I oversee the setup of furniture, fixtures and essential design components.
STAGE 4: Styling & Finishing Touches - Final décor is added to reflect the intended design vision.
STAGE 5: Project Handover - I conduct a final walkthrough, obtain client sign-off, and provide a handover document with warranties.
